Dr. Stephan Roth is a graduate of K.I.L.
After he graduated he served a breif stint in SOLIDER before a breif psychotic episode caused his discharged. Afterwards he decided to slow his pace slightly and took on the job of teacher. He has since risen to the Headmasters position.
Dr. Roth is of a tall and medium build with shoulder length sliver hair pulled back into a neat que and tied with a black ribbon. His eyes are his most prominent feature. They are peircing green and seem to glow with an unnatural light.
He is of a gental demenor but will not be pushed by anyone. His battle prowess is un-equaled. He has lost in battle only once. Ever.
When he trains it is either alone or with the deputy headmaster, Claud Strife. He weilds a massive 7-foot long Masamune style katana.
One thing is certian. There is no one more qualified to be headmaster of K.I.L.
